Actress Ankita Lokhande, who made a successful transition from small-screen to big-screen, credits her audience, media, and her hard-work for her success.
Ankita Lokhande along with her husband Vicky Jain were interacting with the media during Rohit Verma’s new collection ‘Indradhanush’ shoot in Mumbai.
Talking about the success of Swatantrya Veer Savarkar and her role of Yamunabai Savarkar getting praises, Ankita said, “I think, an actor works hard to reach that big-screen, I came from small-screen and with hard work, I migrated to big-screen, and watch myself on big-screen and to find appreciation, it incredible. I always say this, whatever that I am today, is because of my audience and media, who loves me like anything.”
“Whenever you play a role which travels from 16 years old to 60 years old, there is this huge graph, and I felt great as a performer that I was able to do it, because most people don’t even get a chance to do such a role. I got the role, I did it with honesty and dedication and everyone has been kind and appreciative, and I am forever grateful for that” added Ankita.
Ankita recently featured in a music video Laa Pila De Sharaab with her husband Vicky Jain.
When asked about collaborating with her husband on-screen, Ankita said, “It was a fun experience, working with my husband is a whole lot fun”.
